Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone have a set of MIS wheelholders working with a 2100 (not 2200)?.
It seems to me there must be a difference in the way the 7th wheel from the
right - the first one on the right hand side of the CD bar - works between a
2200 & a 2100.

Depressing the CD bar on a 2100 does not lift this wheel as it appears to do
on a 2200 (judging from the MIS picture). As there is no notch above this
wheel to slip a holder into either I can't see a way to lift this one.

Any ideas?
