I should add that this is combination is not some major breakthrough in
matte dmax.  What it does is bring the 7600 up to what the 7500 and 3000 can
do with the Epson driver.  (I think the 7000 was not quite up to the 7500.)
So, what I'm doing is mostly offsetting the weakness Epson seems to have
ended up with in the 7600, probably because -- for Epson -- glossy paper,
speed, and small dot size are more important than matte paper dmax.
