I recently started using UT7 ink carts for my 2200 and was experiencing a lot of banding and other problems. When I called MIS tech support, the first thing they told me was to make sure to remove ALL of the silver tape on the top of the cart (which I hadn't done) so that the small ventilation holes are clear. Now that I have done so, the results are much better and the banding is less frequent, but I still must run the nozzle check once or twice before I make a print to make sure there are no gaps in the test pattern segments. I find if there are gaps, I get get the banding. Hope this helps. --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "edrudolpho" <erudolph@p...> wrote: > Hi all....
