Costa, My final rinse of the 7600 carts is with the ink I'm going to fill the cart with. So, I waste about 10 cc of ink, but I think that "dilutes" the residual water to the point where it'll be irrelevant with 100 cc of ink in the cart. By the way, I'm finding the MIS adapter with the tubing stuck on the end to work fine, as long as there is a slight notch in the tubing. If it is a flat cut, it might get shut off by the inside of the cart valve. I suspect a diagonally-cut piece of tubing might be the best answer.
