Hi Woody, I'm not sure where you are running into trouble. Which computer? Mac or PC ? I'm mostly familiar with Mac. Which program are you running? You have to download the whole ProfileMaker 5.0.3 product but you run just the MeasureTool application which is in the same folder. First you must Configure and select Eye-One device, then close the dialog. Then under Measuring you should be able to select either Chart or Spot. I've used both extensively and I don't have a dongle. For the QTR tools, I always use Chart with the supplied target and references. They do read out Lab but there's no need to convert to density.
