Let me make sure I've got this correct.  The first step in the calibration process is now to 
print the inkseparation file using the following setup:

ModeL  QuadTone RIP Calibration
Curve 1: None
Curve 2: None
Tone Blend 100-0
Ink Limit Adj 0
Gamma Adj 0

Is that it?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
