I'll check there, if I can find it -- I just moved, but I think I know
where it is.

Nope.  Unless it's not called "Epson Utility".  It's not in
/Applications nor in /Applications/Utilities nor in ~/Applications.
It's not on my machine at all, not under that name:

  % find / -name "Epson*" -ls 2>/dev/null
  3364025    0 drwxrwxr-x    3 root     admin         102 May  4 14:59 /Library/Receipts/EpsonPrinterDrivers.pkg
  %

Spotlight doesn't find it either.
