It's called "EPSON Printer Utility" should be in your Utilities folder. I usually place it in my 
Dock for easy access. It can also be accessed through the "Printer Setup Utillity" via the 
"Printer List" window on the tool bar.

I can always email to you as it's really small but I'm pretty sure the "EPSON Printer Utility" gets 
installed when the driver is installed.
