Well, I have had several problems with my C86/EZN setup, especially with ink spill. Large wet drops all over the print. MIS told me not only to use the rubber plug to close the top holes of the carts but to seal them with hot melting glue as well. I havent tried so yet, but used a piece of tape instead to seal them. The problem [almost] disapeared, but I have seen a few drops after that. I have had the same problem with three C86 printers, all brand new. I have also tried with several new cartridges and have not been able to totally eliminate the problem so far. It's a shame, because the print quality from this simple and very cheap setup is very good. I must say that I also have a C86 printer loaded with MIS durabrite equivalent inks in the same type of carts, and have never had any problems with inks spill with color inks.
