Re: MIS CHAOS

2005-08-18 by Bob Michaels

Like Clayton & others, I have found MIS customer service to be 1st
class in every way. Yes, they are a small company and yes they
sometimes make mistakes. But they always stand up and make things
right. Not only do they have some unique products, their service is
something like that existing many decades ago when you dealt with real
people who cared rather than the modern era. After you deal with them
for a while, you come to appreciate them. I could go on and on about
things they have done for me.
