MIS CHAOS

I placed my first order with MIS and I received a number of things that I did not order and did not receive a number of things that I did order. When I called customer service I was passed to three different people before I spoke with someone who said he could take care of the problem. I was also told that it would be shipped overnight. It was not shipped overnight but I was told that it was shipped second day. I am waiting and told I would have it today. I was told by a friend if I have tech questions not to talk to customer service but rather speak with the tech line. When I called the tech line the customer service person answered and told me he was the tech person. I am usually reticent to complain about problems with a company because sometimes complaints can snowball and create problems for a small company that are bigger than the original complaint. With problems like I experienced I start wondering about quality control especially since a number of people are new to the whole process and we have enough to learn and should not be concerned about the quality of a product.
