I have a 1280 with a CIS that I've been using for WN PiezoTones and the images are very nice but the machine is slow and I'm tired of dealing with the CIS. I also have a 4000 and I'd like to switch to the K7 inkset on it. It sounds like, though, that there are no curves available for the 4000. I can't justify afford a Gretag EyeOne spectrophotometer at this time. Does anyone know another way I could get a curve to use with PhotoRag? I called IJM and they said they don't do that. Also, I read that these inks could be installed in the 4000 without flushing. Do you think it is feasible to use the printer for both color and K7 by simply switching out the carts and running a few prints to clear the lines? Thanks, Susan PS-I've also posted this on - Piezography3000
