Hi Paul The service utility does support the c-series printers, and will probably work. One friendly warning: the amount of Rumanian-Russian- Ukrainian and God-knows what-else spam has quadrupled since I downloaded it, and they have been RELENTLESS. If you have a way to get it with out exposing your URL I would do that.
