Digital BW, The Print

Whether the printer prints BO or with all the colors is determined by a
setting in the printer.  If "Black Ink Only" on the "Advanced" (last) driver
Properties box is checked, the printer will print BO, if not, all the ink
positions are used, whether the file was grayscale or RGB.
