Ron, I'm pretty much a novice at this and haven't had to try to solve the problem you're having, but if I were in your shoes, my next move would be to seek advice from MIS. In the "grasping at straws" dept, is it possible that you contaminated the electronic interface on the other 3 carts with fingerprints? If so, you could try cleaning them..maybe with isopropyl alcohol. But, otoh, it seems like the printer would then think something's amiss with those 3 carts and would return a red light error. So, absent that, I'm thinking there's in fact some mechanical malfunction going on with those 3 carts. Wish I could be of more assistance. I'd appreciate hearing how you eventually solve the problem.
