Catherine: Yes Google an artist named Silvia Pecota. Silvia is a great photographer, but she also does hand colouring of her Epson 2200 prints. It is some kind of pencil I think. She prints on Crescent matte papers. I saw her in person once, doing this for a Camera Conference. Epson and Crescent were big advertisers there.
