Happy Christmas, all.

Chris, your printer has no idea that you've got is on a CIS feed, it 
still thinks that it has carts, has counted up the number of droplets 
you've printed, and thinks you're about to run out of something. 
Press the cart change button, remove and replace the foam block or 
whatever that is towards the front of the printer from the cart to 
press down the switch, then put it back in.

I have seen it recommended to pull and replace both at the same time, 
because there is a cleaning cycle for every "replacement" of a cart. 
Doing both will minimise the number of cleanings and the wasted ink.
