I've tried some - very briefly so far - more surface texture than I remember the Museo having (none on hand right now) - verging towards the Epson Watercolour type of surface (though not quite so pronounced). Only tried B&W using QTR - looks pretty good, but I'd say it gives me about the same look as I get right now with Arches Infinity - D-Max looks roughly the same (and about the same as Dourian Art by Red River - in fact it has a very similar feel to the Dourian) - just measured by the MkI eyeball. I found it wasn't quite as crisp/sharp as the Arches, which is about the sharpest/crispest paper I've used - so probably in line with most of the other better papers. Obviously I've only run two or three sheets through so it's not an exhaustive test, but I was a bit disappointed - it came out roughly the same as the two best papers I have found for my own use - and has a bit more texture them, and more than I like(paper has a very similar feel and texture to some of the lesser textured Innova papers - darned if I can remember all their names - maybe the soft textured) It's certainly a nice paper - and will be up there in the top of the list no doubt, but I don't feel it's a quantum leap... BTW the promo info only lists rolls - haven't asked if they are going to do sheets
