Try this link. Not exactly the same wording but it's the same idea that the plug is very important. http://www.inksupply.com/c82refill.cfm colotbat.com has yet another clear cart that has a metal tube which acts like the CIS tubing. You can consider this one a self contained CIS without tubing. The fill hole requires no plug so refilling is somewhat easier.
