I would choose the 2200 with Imageprint. Imageprint is
absolutely wonderful with it's only downside being the
price. I have both and get very similar results. The
difference is the amount of time not spent making
special profiles for the 2400 as the Imageprints
profiles work so well.
However, you need to know that Colorbyte is now
producting Imageprint for the 2400. Of course that
means a total investment of $800+ for the printer and
another $450 for the software. But I believe it will
be an unbeatable combination. I am purchasing a copy
for my 2400 and will post opinions as to its efficacy.

Hello,
If you had a choice bwtween purchasing a used 2200 w/
ImagePrint 5.6 (with a free upgrade to 6.0) for $450,
or purchasing a new 2400, which would you choose?
(The ImagePrint version is the Lite, and not full
version. Lite retails for $495.)
The Epson 2200 was purchased in 2003 and has received
"moderate" use.
Thanks for advice,
