It's been too big an investment for me to go to the 4800 soon. > Thanks, guiseppi (aka John) Three words: Quad Tone RIP (I think it's three words, anyway). http://www.quadtonerip.com/html/QTRoverview.html It will let you print B&W that is accuratly linearized (nice detail from shadow to highlight, and a good ability to get a screen to print match) give you relatively neutral tones, and will eliminate metamerism (weird color shifts when going from daylight to tungsten light to fluorescent light).
