2100$ software plus 4000$ for the printer - considering that my 1160 was
300$  it should be pretty obvious that this is not what I meant isn\ufffdt it?

I consider this as a missing link - a modern successor for the 3000 with
micro dot technology up to A2 in the 3000 price range.
Being an amateur I will not spend 6000$ for hanging big prints on my walls -
let alone the cost for a bigger PC which is up to the task.

So for A2 sized photos I will most likely have to go the traditional way and
print them in a darkroom. Sometimes this seems a very simple way compared to
the technological (and financial) overkill that is necessary to do that
digital stuff...
