Thaks paul, Is this what I don't understand 2- Carefully remove the white looking rubber plug from the top of the cart (opposite of chip end). Try not to damage it because you will want to use it again. A pin or Xacto knife can be used if you are careful. After the plugs are removed, if there is any clear plastic extending over the hole the plug came out of, remove it with your Xacto knife. Just the part extending over the hole, not any more of it.
