Mark, I have printed with a 1280, CIS and MIS inks for over 2 years
and never experienced what you are. I only traded up for a 7600 or I
would still be using it

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
