Next time you talk to them, you could mention how they ripped me off 
for about $900 with their last "spectro" package. Support jerked me 
around until the 30 day return had past, and I got to keep the junk! 
And that they could have at least offered to let me have the new 
system to compensate. And yes I do still hold a grudge against them. 
They do have my email listed, and I sent several messages to them 
regarding this. In recent weeks I have received their spam about a 
few products, so I know they still have my email.

By the shape and description, either they bought this colorimeter 
from ColorSavvy, or reverse engineered it from their CM2C. The CM2C 
was the best part of the old system but needed some improvement.
