Andy, You can change that appears on the list under Author by simply changing the primary e-mail address you set up in your Yahoo account. Not sure how Todd managed to get his to be "Todd Flashner" in black letters. I suspect that he may have subscribed by sending a blank e- mail to: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint-subscribe@yahoogroups.com from an e-mail program that had an identity "Todd Flashner" set up. Not sure on this as Yahoo's software is rather "off" and does not always do what they say it will. But in any case just change the e- mail address associated with the group. As for printers for B&W ink sets. As Paul wrote the 1160's are good but getting hard to find if you are located in the U.S. New ones are still being sold just about everywhere else. If you are in the U.S., you can order a new one from a European or Australian dealer but you will need a 120V to 240V transformer and you will need to change the plug or find an adapter. You can get a refurbished Epson 1200 from Epson on line at the moment for $234. With either of these you will have a very broad range of ink sets available in cartridges or in bulk with a Continuous Inking System (CIS for short). Of the new models available in the U.S. the 1280 is a good choice with a CIS from: http://www.nomorecarts.com/ This will make most of the inks available but not some of the ink/software systems such as PiezoBW although they are planning a release for this printer shortly. I have a 1280 that I am about to set up with a CIS for the MIS variable tone inks and a 1200 with CIS running the PiezoBW. Hope this helps.
