Digital BW, The Print

I've just converted my 1160 to FS-UT inks + Eboni black (using No More 
Carts CIS).

I'm having a heck of a time keeping the Eboni ink running without clogs.

Previously, I had used Generations black (w/dye ink component).

My question: Is the old dye inks reacting in the parking pad with the 
Ebony black and making goo?  And if so, how to I remedy this?
