Any sewing shop will have it.  Wal-Mart has it.  The package I have is
Wrights Single Fold Bias Tape.  It's 1/2" by 4 yds.  It's just a nice flat
cloth of the right width to put in the channel the print head runs back and
forth is.  When soaked with Windex and the printer off, I release the head,
pull it over the tape, grab the ends of the tape and pull it back and forth
across the head.  I used to use a folded strip of paper towel to do this.

I think you can probably just rinse it off with Windex.  I've never replaced
one.
