Ginny, I have a 4000 (not a 2400) and find Museo II feeds fine from the back slot. I use a custom paper width setting of 0.7mm in the Epson driver. Also, Museo II doesn't perform very well using the EEM setting on my 4000. The Textured Fina Art setting lays down less ink than the EEM setting and gives me much better Dmax and color gamut. Hopefully, this is relevant to your 2400.
