Re-configuring the curves is a problem, because the Red and Green curves utilize the driver's built-in cross-overs between the light and dark inks. I'd try to get rid of the clog by filling a cart with pure Windex (with ammonia). Don't leave it in the printer too long, as I've heard strong ammonia can damage the heads. However, it saved an old 2200 that I'm now using that was what I thought was hopelessly clogged.
