Paul, You want to take a look at Arachnophilia. It is a great web site editor, HTML, CSS, Perl, etc. all in one Java based, cross platform, free application. I have just been using it for a couple weeks now and it seems as though it can do it all. It is not a graphical type of web design program, just a very nice editor. Very easy to use, very little learning curve. http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/index.html I would never want to use MS Word for this.
