Hi, I've used and briefly reviewed Imagenomic Noiseware Professional, Neat Image and Noise Ninja, all of which can be pretty useful: http://photography.about.com/od/noisereduction/ There may be newer versions of some of these programs than the one that I reviewed. The one I end up using most often when I need to remove noise is INP.
