I strongly recommend you try a trial copy of Noise Ninja: http://www.picturecode.com/ I've used both NI and NN and much prefer the NN user interface. You may find that one is better for film grain and the other is better for digital camera artefacts. Try both, as they're free downloads. Beware of 'over correcting' grain as the image may look artificial and 'plastic'.
