Thanks to all for responding.  Sounds like I'll use a glossy paper.
Probably something I can pick up locally, since this is for work and 
I want to keep it simple.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
