The R2400 is the first Epson printer, out of the 3 I've had, that centres its images _correctly_, as long as I check the 'Center Image' box in the PS 'Print With Preview' dialog. I don't know why your image isn't centred correctly, unless the physical paper size differs from the paper size configured in the Epson driver, or you haven't checked the box in PS. There are some annoying aspects to the driver, but, in my experience, centring the image isn't one of them.
