Lift the printer cover and use a flashlight to inspect the pizza wheels. You may find dried ink deposit on them that stop them from rolling and scratch the paper surface. My way of curing this is inserting a scrap piece of such media under the wheels - you can push it in from the front rather easily. Use the back of such a paper as Ilford Smooth which is water resistant, or anything that is water resistant. Then deposit drops of Windex or isopropyl alcohol on the affected wheels, let it sit for a while then gently move the paper back and forth to work the wheels. Blotch up the liquid and deposit some more and continue to do this until you're satisfied the wheels now turn freely, and the cleaning agent looks clean. This method always works for me. --nick
