The issue is the highlight and that 0-4% portion, other segments look ok on the paper. I have not achieved clean smoothness in the highlights despite all possible partitionnings. So when editing the file, I keep this in mind and make sure I am far enough from 0 in the file values. QTR-ICC ends the job for me. Last HPR is not bright white so it partly hides the deficiency of the highlights: not intellectually satisfaying, but practically acceptable as long as you print large image. I feel the way it's done it not so bad for 3 partitions, besides I've restricted myself to 1440dpi, it might improve at 2880dpi. Olivier
