At this time, all the current models and the upcoming V Series holder are
for dry scanning only.  If you bought a V700 and need a fluid mounting tray,
the Epson 750's fluid tray can be ordered from Epson's part distributor in
the U.S for $80.  I think lots of people are opting to buy the 700 and then
the tray separately vs. buying the 750 which includes the tray.
