After 6 mos it may very well be some settling, as Bruce suggested. 
According to past threads re settling in other printers (typically the
larger models without moving carts), it tends to be the magenta that
does it.  

However, I've had a 2400 for almost a year now under regular and
frequent use, and have noticed a slight shift from one color cart to
another (I do ABW only).  I have attributed it to production batch
differences because I go through carts fairly often (I've averaged
about 1.6 carts/month over the past year) and I doubt settling would
be an issue.  In addition, I've noticed these slight color shifts
(nothing as dramatic as what you described) when changing LC and LM as
well, which are much more frequently changed (about 3:1 over C and M).
