Rob, on my Epson 4000 machine when this happens it is usually because I forgot to check the "center image" box in the paper setup with Epson Printer Driver window. You might give that a try. On the 4800, the short side of the paper (the last to leave the printer) has a 16mm non-printable margin. On the leading short side that margin is only 6mm. Because of this, the bottom portion of my photos is not being printed. I've tried this with borderless turned on and off as well as used a multitude of different combinations in the print settings. In some cases, in CS2 Print with Preview, the whole image is showing up fine in the preview window, but with the Print Preview that comes with the Epson software enabled, that bottom edge is always showing up as being cut off. Can anyone help me out and offer any advice as to how I can correct this problem and get started using this magnificent machine?
