Kevin - K4 is an abbreviation for the ink I am using in my R2400 instead of Epson cartridges. I get them from www.inksupply.com . Because these inks aren't an exact match to the original Epson inks, it is necessary to create a printer profile for each paper I use with them. My monitor is also calibrated and as a result, what I see on my monitor matches the prints I produce. This is for color prints only.
