The reason you don't see Velvet paper available is that Epson considers this too
heavy a paper to feed through the standard sheet feeder.  You must use the other
slot in the back which they call "Manual Roll".   Immediate above the Media selection
pulldown there's a Page Setup selection -- change this to Manual Roll and the Media
selection will now allow Velvet and the others.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
