Thanks, Paul and Roy, but it didn't work. Originally I created the profile, opened Windows Explorer and dragged it to the C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color folder. Now I have followed Paul's directions exactly, ended up with the same profile in the same folder and still get the invalid profile message when I try to print either an RGB or a grayscale TIFF file from Photoshop. The file is named "EPS1160_Matte_Kayenta_UTFSN_G22.icc" in the folder with "QTR" appended in the Photoshop profile list. Thanks for all your help and all your efforts on behalf of B&W printing, Frank
