Steve,
Don't know if this will help you, but PFP has been updated(this 
weekend) to 2.0 and has some things for B&W.
Also, have you checked Keith Coopers site:

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
