Digital BW, The Print

There is a file in the QTR download called "Ideal Density."  It plots
ideal density against dmax.  But the dmax range given is relatively
low, what you'd get from matte papers.  Where would one find the ideal
density values for papers with a higher dmax, such as SR and Innova F?
