I know that bad carts/chips happen. Did MIS replace?

Tom, my set up was new printer new cartridges. After the LC cartridge
failure. I tried the LC cartridge that came with the printer. It
worked fine. I tried the MIS LC cartridge in a R340 printer. It failed.
I adjusted tabs, I reinserted, I made sure the cardtridge was seated
properly and pushed to the rear. It don't work. The printer says it
cannot recognize the cartridge.
