Hi Steve

I'd like to use this paper more but the prices in the UK are so 
expensive - the price for sheets from Online paper is nearly twice that 
of Photo Rag which isn't exactly cheap itself.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
