Paul, That's interesting. If the Watcher is turned off, it's not suppose to still be moving the print heads. Did you go into preferences and tell it not to start when your computer starts? I'd try that and then reboot and see if it continues to move the print heads at intervals. On a side note with my printer, I may have a paper sensor issue which Epson tech support says can be calibrated.
