I have had the printer for about 6 months and am using the Epson K3 inks. The problem started about a month ago, but since I print primarily B&W, and when I do print color, not all of them are affected. Specifically what I mean is that every time I run a head cleaning, the test afterwards prints beautifully except for the yellow. I have run several cleanings and although the condition improves, it has not disappeared. Any time I make a print that has any significant amount of yellow in it, I get a very faint banding. It can be seen with the naked eye, although not easily, and maybe not even if you weren't looking for it. --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Jeff Randall" <jrandall@...> wrote: > > OEM carts and ink or third party? > > How long have you had the printer and when did the problem start? > > Specifically what do you mean when you say you can never get a good > test?
