Proof Line offers a great matte paper in several weights from 24lb to 62lb and a double-sided version that I use for proofing. It's bright white, gives excellent results and is inexpensive. For final prints, I would recommend the Proof Line Digital Art 280 or the Innova 280. Let me know if you have any questions.
